Bloglines only had your entry title so I had to come in and see what Teddy left on his desk.
Very proverbial. Did you see the 60 Minutes program - I think last week - about the Coast Guard boats? Between that and falling bridges, tunnels and the Halliburton mess in Iraq, I would say that many have turned a deaf ear to Teddy.
